Katelynn jumped into the title industry in 2017. She quickly picked up the fundamentals and in no time, she learned the ins and outs of legal descriptions and other facets of real estate, becoming certified as an ILTA CLTP in 2022. Katelynn serves on the ILTA Education Committee, the Title Plant Inspection Committee and the Legislative Committee.
When she isn’t abstracting, she is coaching soccer or hanging out with her kids, family and friends.

Tony began working in real estate in 2007 in the Buchanan County Recorder’s Office. In 2013, he became an abstractor. He was certified as an ILTA CLTP
in 2015 and became a NALTEA Certified
Abstractor in 2017. He serves on the ILTA Title Plant Inspection Committee and Title Standards Committee. His favorite part of the job is working in the old records, where historical research is his specialty.
